These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”), operated by Strategic Development Partners LLC (“SDP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is provided for general informational purposes about our consulting services. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
Information on the Site does not create a consulting, advisory, or other professional relationship, and should not be relied upon as professional advice. A professional relationship begins only through a separate, mutually signed engagement agreement.
Any consulting services we provide are governed by a written agreement (such as a statement of work or master services agreement) executed between you and SDP. If anything in those signed documents conflicts with these Terms, the signed documents control with respect to that engagement.
Unless otherwise noted, the Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, and the “Strategic Development Partners” name and marks — are owned by or licensed to SDP and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SDP and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SDP and its members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
